Death

Eugene Parker Fadeley WAXHAW -- Mr. Fadeley, 68, passed away at his home Wednesday, July 29, 2009. Born May 6, 1941, he was the son of the late Eugene Fadeley and Lennie Irene Parker. Gene was a member of the Optimist Club and served in the US Navy. Memorial services in celebration of his life will be held 1:00 p.m., Saturday at Heritage Funeral Home, Weddington Chapel, 3700 Forest Lawn Drive, Matthews, NC 28104. He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Lourine; five daughters, Debbie Thompson and her husband Darrell, Dianne Camp and her husband Boyd, Denise Gipson and her husband Scott, Darla Fadeley, Danielle Furr and her husband Brian, and eight grandchildren. He is also survived by one sister, Harriett Barnhart of New Cumberland, WV. Arrangements for the family are in the care of Heritage Funeral Home, Weddington Chapel.
