Myrtle “Becky” Rebecca Eudy Hatley, 63, of 405 Birnamwood Drive, Concord, died at 5:20 a.m. Friday, July 18, 2008, in Hospice House of Cabarrus County.Her funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Hartsell Funeral Home Chapel in Concord. The Rev. Ronnie Simpson and The Rev. Rob Roberts will officiate and interment will be in Mission Baptist Church Cemetery in Stanfield.Born May 8. 1945, in Cabarrus County, she was a daughter of the late Von Hobert and Margie Anne Cook Eudy and was a housekeeper for Concord Place Assisted Living. She was a member of Mission Baptist Church of Stanfield and enjoyed traveling.A sister, Patricia Simpson, preceded her in death.She is survived by her husband, Charles Junior Hatley of the home; a son, Wayne Hatley and wife, Tamera Furr Hatley of Mt. Pleasant; a daughter, Tammy Hatley Stancil of Locust; three grandchildren, Mitchell Hatley Janie Hatley and Kellie Stancil; and a brother, Mitchell Eudy of Concord.Memorials may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care of Cabarrus County, 5003 Hospice Lane, Kannapolis.Arrangements are by Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord.
