CONCORD — Mrs. Sheila Dawn Furr Hatley, 47, County Electric Co. secretary-treasurer, died Feb. 28, 1994, at Cabarrus Memorial Hospital. Funeral is 11 a.m. Wednesday at Hartsell Funeral Home. Survivors are her husband, Arnold Hatley Jr.; daughter, Natalie Hatley; mother, Mrs. Sarah Furr.
