MONROE — Travis Lynn Furr, 8, student, died Feb. 25, 1995, at Union Memorial Hospital. Funeral is 3 p.m. Wednesday at West Monroe Baptist Church, Visitation is 7 to 9 tonight at McEwen Funeral Home. Survivors are his parents, Joey and Teresa Furr; brother, Josh Furr; sister, Amanda Furr; grandparents, Mrs. Hattie Furr of Charlotte, Mr. and Mrs. Ron Helms. Memorials may be made to West Monroe Baptist Church, 1212 Icemorlee St., Monroe, NC 28110. The family will be at the Helms home, 1214 Helms Short Cut Rd.
