Death
Juanita H. Durnell, 87, died Monday, September 17, 2007, in Midwest City. She was born December 31, 1919 in Lueders, TX. Juanita lived in Midwest City for over 55 years. She worked for the John A. Brown Dept. Store. Juanita was an active member of the Eastside Church of Christ in Midwest City. Her hobbies included fishing, camping and playing cards and board games with her friends. Juanita was preceded in death by her husband, Avis Robert (Bob) Durnell; son, Kenneth Robert Durnell; and daughter, Karen Anita Furr. Survivors include her son-in-law, Randy W. Furr; grandson, Bradley R. Furr and his wife Laurie; granddaughter, Rebecca M. Furr; great-granddaughter, Gracie E. Furr; and all of her friends at Eastside Church of Christ. The funeral service will be at 11:00 AM, Friday, September 21, 2007, at Eastside Church of Christ. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Minco, OK.
