Death

Daniel John Furr died Sunday, June 29, 2003. He was 19. Mr. Furr was born Oct. 8, 1983, in Flagstaff. He graduated from Flagstaff High School in 2002. He had several hobbies, including motorcycle riding, skate boarding, snow boarding, rock climbing, welding and art collecting. He worked for his dad's company, Mike Furr Construction, and attended Coconino Community College part time. He will be dearly missed. He'll be remembered for his jubilant joy of life and the way he enjoyed his family, friends, pets, work and school. Each day of his life started and ended with a smile, and the expectation that it would be great. He is survived by his parents Mike and Ellen Furr; brother Gabe Furr; grandparents Bill and Stella Furr; grandmother Bahilda Patterson; grandfather Stanley Patterson; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Services will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. at the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Chapel, 16 W. Cherry. Arrangements are being handled by Norvel Owens Mortuary.
