TALLULAH, La. -- Funeral for Beatrice Russ Rogillio, 96, of Decatur was to be today at 2 p.m. at First United Methodist Church of Tallulah with the Rev. Fred Fulton officiating. Burial was to be in Silver Cross Gardens of Memory (Memorial Park Cemetery) in Tallulah with Roselawn Funeral Home directing. Mrs. Rogillio died Saturday, March 17, 2001, at Sunbridge Care and Rehabilitation Center. She was born March 4, 1905, in Tallulah to Robert Russ and Lula Parnell Russ. She was a homemaker and a member of First United Methodist Church of Tallulah for 88 years. She was the granddaughter of the founder (Robert Edwin Russ) of Ruston, La. Survivors include three daughters, Lulabe Furr of Bossier City, La., Mary Alice Wall of Farmerville, La., and Bay Naylor of Decatur; 10 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren. Grandchildren will be pallbearers. Memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church of Tallulah.Published in The Decatur Daily on Monday, March 19, 2001
