Death
Mary Odessa DeBerry Furr, 78, of Stanfield, passed away Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at her home. Mary was born August 29, 1944 in North Carolina to the late Chine DeBerry and the late Lela Driggers DeBerry. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Forrest Willis Furr. The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm - 2:45 pm, Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Midland. The memorial service will follow at 3:00 pm in the Jack Hartsell Memorial Chapel in Midland. Survivors include children, Greg (Sulma) Furr, Randy (Lori) Furr, and Crystal Conner; 9 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and siblings, Geneva Morris, Ronald DeBerry, and Dorothy Almond.
