Death
Last Will and Testament of Dennis Burleyson; NC: Stanly: I Dennis BURLEYSON of the aforesaid County and State, being of sound mind, but considering the uncertainty of my earthly existence do make and declare this my last will and testament. First, my executor herinafter named, shall give my body a deceant burial suitable to the wishes of my friends and relatives, and pay all burial funeral expenses together will all my just debits out of the first money which may come into his hands belonging to my estate. Second, I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Mary L BURLEYSON all of my personal property so long as she keeps my name. Third, after the death of my said wife Mary L BURLEYSON, my executor shall sell my personal property at public auction for cash and the proceeds of said Sail shall be equally devided between my lawful heirs, except Roan BURLESYON. I give the share that the said Roan BURLEYSON would be entitled to, I give said share to the lawful heirs of the said Roan BURLEYSON. Third, my executor shall place said Share is some bank and said heirs shall draw out equal shares as they become of age. Fourth, I hereby constitute and appoint my trusty friend Jonah C BURLEYSON my lawful executor to all intents and purposes to execute this my last will and testament according to the true and meaning of the same and every part and clause thereof, hereby revoking and declaring utterly void all other will and testaments by me heretofore made. In witness whereof I the said Dennis BURLEYSON do hereunto set my hand and seal this 24th day of April 1905.
