Death

Richard Malone Bulimore, 65, of Sardis, died Saturday, May 25, 2002, at Tri-Lakes Medical Center of heart failure. Funeral services were held Tuesday, May 28, at 11 a.m. at the First Baptist Church in Sardis. Rev. Jerry Sanford officiated the service. Burial was in Longtown Cemetery. Moore Funeral Home had charge of arrangements. Bulimore, son of the late Richard M. and Annie Matthews Bulimore, was born March 13, 1937, in Tunica. He was a retired parts house owner and a member of the Sardis First Baptist Church, where he was a deacon and a former Sunday school superintendent. Survivors include his wife, Juanita Armstrong Bulimore of Sardis; a daughter, Rhonda Spencer of Horn Lake; and three sisters, Ruby Clark of Arkabutla, Betty Clark of Holly Springs and Mary Patton of Pensacola, Florida. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church, Sardis, Mississippi.
