Death
Robbins. — Mrs. Martha Garner, 83, died Friday at her home on Eagle Springs, Route 1, after an extended illness. Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Methodist Church in Robbins. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The body will be taken to the church an hour prior to the service. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Blennie Sanderson of Eagle Springs, Route 1; Mrs. Bertha Garner of Robbins; six sons, Tom, George and Dossie of Eagle Springs, Route 1, Elmer and Newton of Norfolk, Va., Duff of Roanoke, Va.The News and Observer, Raleigh, North Carolina, September 11, 1948
