Death
Teresa Furr Ramirez, 67, passed on Friday, June 12, 2026 at Five Oaks Rehabilitation and Care Center. Her memorial will be held at Harmony Baptist Church in Harrisburg, on June 20, 2026. Mrs. Ramirez was born on August 13, 1958 to the late Jonah Walter “JW” Furr, and Brenda Joyce Blackwelder Furr. She is preceded in death by her ex-husband Tyler Monroe Mahaffey Sr; her son, Tyler Monroe Mahaffey Jr; and her sister, Regina Furr Benfield all of Concord, survivors include her husband, Victor Manuel Ubaldo Ramirez of Mexico; 1 daughter, Rachel Colleen Elizabeth Mahaffey; 1 son, Jonah William Mahaffey; and 2 sisters, Annette Furr Strickland, and Colleen Dematrice Furr; 4 grandchildren, all of Concord.Endnotes
