Death
Funeral services for Ruby Dianne Furr were conducted Monday afternoon from the Salvation Army Church in Concord by Capt. Jack McCune. Burial was in Roberta Methodist Church cemetery. The four-year-old child, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James A. Furr, of route 1, Oakboro, died Sunday morning at the home. Surviving in addition to the parents are two brothers and a half-brother.Stanly News and Press, Albemarle, North Carolina, April 17, 1959
