Death
Services were to be held at 4 p.m. today for Clinton W. Stephens Jr., 43, at the Eudora, Ark., Baptist Church. Burial was to follow in Eudora Cemetery, Downey Funeral Home of Lake Village, Ark., in charge. Mr. Stephens died Wednesday of injuries suffered in a plane crash near Eudora Aug. 9. He was piloting a cropdusting plane when it went down. Born in Memphis, Mr. Stephens had lived here about 22 years. He was a member of the Eudora Church of Christ. He was the son of the late Dr. Clinton W. Stephens of Memphis. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Muriel Furr Stephens, two sons: a daughter, all of Eudora: his mother, Mrs. Nell S. Stephens of Memphis; two sisters, Mrs. Marguerite Sugg of Memphis, and Mrs. E. M. Bayliss of Medfield, Mass.The Memphis Press-Scimitar, Memphis, Tennessee, August 20, 1965
