Death
BROOKHAVEN — Mrs. Lon Furr, 86, resident of Wesson for the past 40 years, died at her home Saturday after a long illness. She is survived by her husband, Mr. E. Furr; two daughters, Mrs. W. L. Thedford, Patterson; Mrs. Vogt, New Orleans, La.; and one sister, Mrs. Lucy Sorrell, Gulfport. Funeral services will be Sunday at 2 p. m. from the Brookhaven funeral Home chapel. Interment will be in Pleasant Hills Cemetery with Brookhaven Funeral Home in charge.Clarion-Ledger, Jackson, Mississippi, July 7, 1957
