Death
Lunda Ann Linker Furr, 74, of Concord, passed away Friday, Sept. 9, 2022, at Atrium Health Cabarrus. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the memorial service Saturday, Oct. 1, at Christian Fellowship Church, 1501 Central Dr. in Kannapolis at 2 p.m. Mrs. Furr was born Nov. 23, 1948, to the late Lewis Linker and Helen Bernice Linker (Allen). She was also preceded in death by her husband, Lance Foster Furr Sr. Mrs. Furr was a caring and loving homemaker who thrived taking care of her family. Survivors include her daughter, Lunda Michelle Furr of Wadesboro; son, Lance (Pam) Foster Furr Jr.; two grandsons, Travis (Whitney) Lee Pope and Daniel Jacob (Alexa) Sims of the home; granddaughters, Hannah Revis and Sierria Collins; five great-grandchildren, Julie Woodward, Derrick Woodward, Adriel Sims, Jay Sims and Jace Sims; brother-in-law, Roland (Eloise) Eugene Furr of Rayford; her brother, Ronnie Linker (Peggy); and her sisters, Vicki Hinson and Sharon Potts (Joe).Endnotes
