Death
Amelia B. Corriher, 59, of Salisbury, passed away on Friday, April 25, 2025 at her home after a battle with cancer. She was born December 5, 1965 in Concord, NC. Amelia took care of her mother and brother, which paved the way for her career as a CNA. In addition to her parents, Coburn Barbee and Martha Furr Barbee, Amelia was preceded in death by brother, Walter Subrone Barbee.Amelia is survived by her husband, Huitt Corriher; son, Daniel Corriher; daughter, Mercedes Fisher; and grandsons, Jaxon Pilkington and Liam Corriher. There is no service scheduled at this time. Carolina Cremation is assisting the Corriher family.
