Death

ROY MELVIN "RM" MILLS, 74, of Longs, passed away Saturday, February 6, 2010 at his home.
Born on September 30, 1935 in Horry County, SC, he was the son of the late Claude V. and Venia Cannon Mills.
Mr. Mills was a member of Living Water Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife of 32 years, Judy Furr Mills of Longs; three sons, Roy Mills (Dinah) of Longs, Mike Lamb of Knoxville, TN, Bobby Lamb of Myrtle Beach; two daughters, Jennie Carter (Terry) of Longs, Kelly Seegers (Tom) of Longs; two brothers, Bobby Mills of Fayetteville, NC, Vernon Mills of Marion, NC; two sisters, Linda Mishoe (Leroy) of Loris; four grandchildren, Joseph Wolfe of Statesville, NC, Trey Mills, Jaime Carter (Jennifer) both of Longs, Brandi Abee of Monroe, NC; and three great grandchildren, Kayla Seegers, Chance Abee and Katlynn Carter. He is predeceased by one sister, Geraldine Griffin.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm tonight at Lee Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm on Monday at Living Water Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Buck Creek Cemetery.
