Death
KANNAPOLIS — Mrs. Nannie Linker Love, 57, of 501 Northeast Avenue died at her home at 11:30 a. m. Friday. She had been in ill health for 10 years and seriously ill for four months. Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 3:30 at Centerview Baptist Church by Rev. E. W. Pate, pastor, assisted by Rev. D. C. Watkins of the Albemarle Baptist Church and Rev. O. L. Morgan of Central Baptist Church, Kannapolis. Burial will be in the Carolina Memorial Park. She is the daughter of Mrs. Laura Barnhardt Linker and the late Matthew Linker. In addition to her mother, she is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Ray Dwiggins of Salisbury and Mrs. Tommy Morton of Kannapolis; one son, Floyd Love of Kannapolis; one half-sister, Mrs. Maud Simpson of Concord; four half brothers, Charlie Barnhardt of Patterson, N. J., Robert Furr of Concord, John Barnhardt of Concord, and M. H. Barnhardt of Midland; and two grandchildren. She was a member of Centerview Baptist Church. The body will be taken from Whitley's Funeral Home to the home Sunday morning at 10 o'clock.The Salisbury Post, Salisbury, North Carolina, December 15, 1956
