Death
Mrs. Rosa Lee Cain, 83, passed away at the home of her son, Jesse Lee Cain, Rt. 3, Rising Fawn, Ga. Thursday night at 7:15 o'clock. A native of DeKalb County she had been living at Rising Fawn the past five years. She is survived by one son, Jesse Lee; one sister, Mr. Jack Fletcher, Jonesboro, Ark; four grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Funeral services were held at New Salem Methodist Church Saturday afternoon, with the Rev. Ralph Clark officiating. Pallbearers were Frank Massey, Leonard Morrow, Walter Stokes, Harold Cox, Herman Moore and Loyd Moore. Burial was in Bryster Cemetery with Wilson Funeral Home in charge.The Fort Payne Journal, Fort Payne, Alabama, May 25, 1955
