NASHVILLE, Ark.--Burley J. Byrom Furr, 57, of Nashville, died Saturday, July 20, 2002, in Oklahoma. Mrs. Furr was born April 9, 1945, in Memphis, Tenn. She attended County Line Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Jimmy Furr of Nashville; three sons, Greg Furr of Mineral Springs, Ark., and Rodney Furr and Curtis Furr of Nashville; four sisters, Annie Landtroop and Joy Scott of Mineral Springs and Clara Furr and Barbara Short of Nashville; her mother, Grace Byrom of Mineral Springs; one grandchild, Slade Furr; two step-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 3 p.m. today at Nashville Funeral Home Chapel with Bruce Short and Tommy Higle officiating. Burial will be in County Line Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Cancer Treatment Center of America, Tulsa, Okla.Endnotes
