Death

HENRY—David D. Henry, 66, of 8319 Blackburn, died at 2:25 p.m. Monday at his home. He had lived in Houston 40 years and was a mechanic for the Houston Lighting and Power Company for 25 years before retiring. He was a member of the Modern Woodmen of America and international Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local No. 66. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. D. D. Henry; a son, Donald O. Henry; three daughters, Mrs. Earl Meadows, Mrs. T. J. Buchanan and Mrs. W. R. Sterling, all of Houston; three brothers, J. M., A. F. and E. O. Henry, all of San Antonio; two sisters, Mrs. Eva Cavitt of San Marcos, and Mrs. Artie English of San Antonio, and six grandchildren. Services at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Fogle-West Chapei with Rev. C. E. Archer and Rey. J. T. DeLoach officiating. Burial in South Park Cemetery. Pallbearers: R. E. and M. M. Henry, T. R. Drew, T. J. Buchanan, W. R. Sterling and Earl Meadows. Fogle-West Company.
