Death
Mrs. Mattie Furr, 81, died Wednesday at her home in Pineville. She was the mother of Dan Furr of Fort Mill. Funeral will be Friday at Stough Memorial Baptist Church in Pineville. Other survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Ben Hefner of Monroe, N. C., and Miss Lucille Furr of the home; three sons, Rufus Furr, Boyce Furr, both of Pineville, and John Furr of Monroe; two sisters, Mrs. Julia McCaver, Mrs. Minnie Bell McCaver, both of Pineville.The Herald, Rock Hill, South Carolina, June 5, 1958
