Death

DANVILLE — Jo Ann Hurlburt, 48, of Belleville died Sunday, Sept. 5, at her home. She was born Dec. 30, 1955, at Sacramento, Calif., daughter of the late Claudie Crone and a retired nurses’ aide at Chambers Memorial Hospital. Survivors include her husband, Howard Hurlburt; three children, Bunny Baker of Russellville, Bruch Burchard of Plainview and Danny Jo Furr of Belleville; her mother, Ruth Caviness Crone of Plainview; four brothers, Larry, Buster and Tony Crone of Plainview, and William Crone of Ola; four sisters, Ruthie Cole and Janet Haney of Ola, Joyce Williams of Birta and Nancy Wilcutt of Centerville; five grandchildren; and several nephews and nieces. Graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at New Hope Cemetery at Dardanelle. Arrangements are by Cornwell Funeral Service. Pallbearers include Kenny Williams, Buddy Baker, Timothy Crone, Bob Howell, Jay Hiatt and Colby Hiatt. The family will receive friends from 8 to 10 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
