Death
Ernest Wayne Furr, 18, died Nov. 25 in an automobile accident. A native of Long Beach, Calif., Furr lived in San Diego County for 16 years and lived in National City. He graduated from Sweetwater High School and was employed by the Naval Supply Center as a stock clerk. Furr is survived by his mother, Yoko Furr of Chula Vista; his father Charles A. Furr Jr. of National City; a brother Carl A. Furr of Bamberg, Germany; his paternal grandparents and his maternal grandmother. Services will be today at 10 a.m. at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church followed by burial at Glen Abbey Memorial Park under direction of Humphrey Chula Vista Mortuary.Endnotes
