Wilma Corrine Boyd, age 93, of Lithia Springs, GA passed away Saturday, July 13, 2013. She was born February 29, 1920 in Paulding County, GA. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She attended Lithia Springs United Methodist Church, where she was a member of the Golden Age Club. Mrs. Boyd was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Herbert O. Boyd; her parents, Asa and Pearl Furr Matthews; brothers, Guy, Ray, J.R. and Shirley; sisters, Betty, Peggy and Genelle. She is survived by six children, Glenda Cowan and her late husband Gene Cowan of Lithia Springs, GA; Janice Myers of Hanover, PA, Kenneth Boyd and his wife Nancy; Michael Boyd and his wife Judy; Terri Moss and her late husband Louie Moss; and Regina Derrick and her husband Jimmy; 16 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and one sister, Betty Tyson of Villa Rica, GA.Endnotes
