The name of a pickup driver who died when he crashed near downtown Oklahoma City was released Monday by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. David Alan Furr, 30, of Moore died about 4:50 a.m. Saturday on Interstate 40 at the Interstate 35 Dallas exit, the patrol said. His passenger, William Killingsworth, 42, of Oklahoma City, was also killed. Furr was driving west on 1-40 when the pickup struck a bridge embankment. Seat belts were not being used, police said.
