Judgement of the court that deft. recover his costs and the sci. fa. issue VS the heirs at law of David Shoe, decd to wit: MOSES TALLINS and wife ANN, Alexander LYPE and wife Elizabeth, John M. Shoe and that D. Hearne, Clerk be appointed guardian ad litum of minor heirs, viz: David, Matilda, Tobias, Wm. R., Polly and Noah Shoe.
