Wichita Falls - Mr. Bailiff passed away Thursday, February 18, 2021 at his home in Lawton, Oklahoma at the age of 91. Wallace Rolin Bailiff was born on May 21, 1929 in Weinert, TX to Howard and Rena Belle (Ragland) Bailiff. He grew up in Texas and graduated from Rule High School. Wallace served his country in the United States Army from June 18, 1946 until he was honorably discharged on April 7, 1949. He worked as a medical supply purchasing agent at W.S. White Co. from 1952 until 1976 and then at Clinics of Wichita Falls from 1976 until his retirement in 1992. Wallace married Wanda Faye Furr in Stamford, TX on May 5, 1950. The two were married for 70 years and were blessed with 2 daughters. He lived in Wichita Falls, TX from 1952 until he and Wanda moved to Lawton in 2019 to be close to his daughter. Wallace attended the West Side Baptist Church where he was an usher, a greeter, and was involved in Kiwanis. Wallace is survived by his wife, Wanda Bailiff, of the home; 2 daughters: Wanelle Huffman and her husband Steve, of NE and Pam Lee and her husband Gary, of Meers; 2 brothers: James Bailiff, of TX and Allen Bailiff, of PA; 6 grandchildren: Chad Huffman and his wife Stacy, Christa Grove and her husband Steve, Curtis Huffman and his wife Jerri, Cassie Gunia and her husband Nick, Josh Lee and his wife Shay, and Janie Ingram and her husband Clint; 17 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents: Howard and Rena Belle Bailiff; 4 brothers: Bobby David Bailiff, Glenn Crawford Bailiff, Hal Kaye Bailiff, and Larry Dean Bailiff; and 3 sisters: Nola Jean Lynn, Joyce Helen Lovelady, and Janice Burleson.Published in Times Record News from Feb. 23 to Feb. 24, 2021
