Death

Richard Earl Tolar 60, died Sunday, October 12, 2014. Services were held on Tuesday, October 14, 2014 at Edmond Fahey Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi. Richard graduated from Hattiesburg High School and obtained his bachelor of science in Finance from Mississippi State University. He started his banking career at Pine Belt Savings and Loan in Hattiesburg and later served as Senior Vice-President/CFO at Keesler Federal Union in Biloxi. He was preceded in death by his father, Clarence E. Tolar. He is survived by his wife, Daun Harris Tolar of Kiln; son, Richard "Ret" (Santana) Tolar, II of Kiln; daughters, Casey (David) Tolar-Boudreauz of Hattiesburg and Haley (Joel) Santaguida of Mobile, AL; his mother and step father, Iva Loy Tolar Chambers and Robert Chambers of Hattiesburg; sister, Janet (Jimmy) Ward of Brandon; brothers, Steve Tolar of Hattiesburg and Keith (Cheryle) Tolar of Brandon; four grandchildren, Alex Tolar, Madison and Mckenzie Tolar, and Aubrey Santaguida.
