The Ledley reference is an index to lists published in the Holland Society Year Book. It claims to index lists in the 1896 Year Book, but the lists are actually published in the 1897 Year Book.The referenced entry reads as follows:
"The entries following below were on a fragment of a sheet of paper, and were very poorly written :
17019,* . . .
July 19. Jacob. Willem (?) Fardon (?), Lis___, parents. Witness Abram Brouwer.
. . .
*This is the way it appears in the original record, and probably means 1709/10, or 1719."
On the assumption that Johannes is the father's brother, I have chosen 1719, because, otherwise, Johannes would have been a child.
