Individual Details
Elizabeth SAMPSON
(Abt 1648 - 11 Dec 1708)
The Sampson genealogy states that this person is the daughter of Abraham Sampson and Unidentified Nash.
However, the Delano genealogy says that this person is the daughter of William Clark and Martha Nash.
The Great Migrations project says that she is the daughter of Samuel Sampson and Unidentified Nash.
Both Delano and Great Migrations state that a grand-daughter Elizabeth Delano is mentioned in the will of Lt Samuel Nash. So, it is persuasive that she is a Sampson, but her precise lineage is not so clear.
From WikiTree (http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Sampson-40):
Elizabeth was born in 1648. She was the daughter of Abraham Sampson and Esther Nash. She passed away in 1708.
Philip Delano married "say 1670" to Elizabeth Sampson, daughter of Samuel Sampson and his wife, _____ Nash.[1]
