Dawes-Gates gives place of Charlestown with a question mark. There is evidence that the Charlestown marriage involved a different Nicholas.Property

According to Dawes-Gates:He gave his land in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, England to wife Anna. (She had probably brought them to the marriage.)
The inventory of his estate totaled 2573 pounds sterling.
Other beneficiaries: Seven children (including Abigail3 and Andrew3)
Probate
According to Dawes-Gates:Nicholas2 and brother Isaac2, probably in Aug 1673, bought a "whole freeman's share" of property in vicinity of Freetown and Swanzey. By 1697, both had died. Isaac2 left no will. So brother Hugh2 was appointed as administrator for Isaac's2 estate. Nicholas's sons, Joseph3 and Isaac3, were called to court and an agreement to divide the land between them was made on 30 Oct 1697. Those agreeing to the division included:
