Adoption
Cherie's natural father was Dale Brumbaugh. Her mother Jill Steckdivorced him in the early 1960's. She later married Jack Lloyd who
adopted Cherie and her sister, Jody.
Death
Cherie died at home under the care of Hospice of Miami County. Cause of death was cancer, beginning in her lungs. She lived for about a year after the diagnosis was made.Endnotes
