Francis Coleman Rosenberger, in his booklet Some Notes on the Rosenberger Family in Pennsylvania & Virginia, 1729 - 1950, indicates "Benjamin Rosenberger (1758-1824), Teamster, Captain Christopher Wigner's Company, Springfield Township, Bucks County..."The Pennsylvania Archives also lists a notice of a "Delinquent Muster Fine" for "Benjamin Rosenberry [of] Bucks County [of] Richland Company, 2nd Battalion" issued in 1782. Since Henry Rosenberry had no son named "Henry," the assumption is that this is a mis-spelling of the name of "Benjamin Rosenberger."
