Daughters Elizabeth, Polly & Christianna and son James D. are to have no further part of estate. Five sons John B., William S., Paul J., Enoch R. and Jonathan D. are to have land on Corn Creek in Gallatin Co KY. Jonathan D. to pay $100. Four daughters: Rachel D., Sarah Ann, Lydia S., and Ann Mariah to have $1000 if there shall be enough of the property for all to have that much. My wife to have enough to live comfortably on. My beloved wife Rachel if she remains a widow shall have the balance to dispose of as she may please. If she reamrries it is to be divided equally between the last nine mentioned children.
