Ione M. Harp died Saturday afternoon at the Stanford Medical Center after a brief illness. She was 59.
A native of Bolls, Ark., Mrs. Harp had lived inSalinas for 33 years and the last year and a half in Santa Nella.
Mrs. Harp is survived by her husband Jack Harp of Santa Nella; one daughter, Connie Harris of Salinas; two sons, Jeffry Harp of Salinas and Kevin Harp of Germany; her mother, Thelma Starling of Turlock; one sister, Barbara McCullough of Turlock; one brother, Carlton Starling of Denair and four grandchildren.
Friends may callat the Struve and Laporte Funeral Chapel. Graveside services will be held at 2 pm Wednesday at the Queen of Heaven Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
