Rosemary Harrison, 93, of Oak Hill, formerly of Crown City, passed away Saturday, Dec. 20, 2008, at her residence.
She was born Aug. 1, 1915, in South Point, daughter of the late William Edward and Laura McKee Broughton.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robey Franklin Harrison; three sons, Paul David Harrison, Robey Franklin Harrison Jr., and James Edward Harrison; one daughter, Linda Lou Harrison; two brothers, Louis and Kenneth Broughton; and one sister, Leona Mader.
Rosemary was a member of Good Hope Church.
She is survived three sons, Lowell F. Harrison, Kenneth L. Harrison, and Jack D. (Marie) Harrison; five daughters, Jewel K. Coffey, Anetta Crabtree, Lea F. (Brinton) Brown, Diane (Rich) Goodridge and Debra Hunt; 27 grandchildren, 46 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; two brothers, Arthur Broughton and William Edward Broughton Jr.; a sister, Doralee Smith; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be noon Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2008, at the Hall Funeral Home in Proctorville, by Pastor Larry Haley. Visitation will be held one hour before the service on Tuesday.
