Savannah, Georgia - Timothy "Tim" Allen Ward, 74, of Savannah, Georgia, husband of Nancy Gaile Lowe Ward, went to be with the Lord Tuesday morning, September 7, 2010 at Hospice Savannah.
Born in Parris Iland, South Carolina, he was a son of Damos Rowe and the late Albert Allen Ward and Willie Lee Brannen Ward Rowe. Mr. Ward was a United States Navy Veteran and served his county in the Korean Conflict. He was a member of Southside Baptist Church and was retired from Gulfstream Aerospace.
Surviving are his wife of thirty-two years, Nancy Gaile Lowe Ward of Savannah, Georgia, three daughters, Terri Anne Ward of Oregon, Tammy Haar of Montana, Melanie Strickland Brown and her husband David of Savannah, Georgia; one son, Mark Strickland of Savannah, Georgia; six grandchildren; two brothers, Thomas Ward and his wife Camille of Tybee Island, Georgia and Albert Allen Ward, Jr. and his wife, Brenda of Louisiana and several nieces and nephews.
