Miriam Wright
(Abt 1748 - 20 Sep 1814)
From researcher Marty Grant: I think it is quite possible that Miriam is the mother of Aaron Wright (c1765/1771) who was associated with her family. If so, he was either born out of wedlock, prior to her marriage to David Riggs, or Miriam was previously married to a Mr. Wright who died before ca 1772. If the latter is the case, then Miriam may not be a Wright by birth at all, but a widow Wright when she married David Riggs.
Given the names of her children - Zadock, Hezekiah & Gideon - Miriam was surely nee WRIGHT! Given her age, she could have been the mother of Aaron, although he may well be related in some other way. Gideon Wright also named a daughter "Miriam". And Aaron named a son "Zadock" although he didn't use the other characteristic names in this family.
