Burial will be in Tahlequah City Cemetery....
Stauss, born April 7, 1916, died Friday night in a local hospital after a short illness. He was operator and proprietor of success Motot Company here which was founded by his father. He was graduated from high school here and attended two years at Northeastern State College. He was an Oklahoma State University graduate, member of the Baptist Church, past president of the Chamber of Commerce, member of the school board, member of Kiwanis Club and active in civic affairs.
He is survived by his wife, Ione; two sons, Foix Jr., and Ben Lon and two daughters, Karen E. and Trecia D., all of the home; and his mother, Mrs. Lonnie M. Stauss, a brother, Champ, and a sister, Mrs. Fran Rowe, all of Tahlequah.
