I, Charles H. Critcher of Oxford, Granville County, North Carolina, make this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills made by me.
First: I give and bequeath to my daughters Berta C. Cole, Sarah C. Garman, Flora C. Newton and Susie C. Keller, share and share alike, all of my property, both real and personal which I may own at the time of my death and not otherwide herein disposed of.
Second: I give to my daughter Norma C. Peake the sum of $1.00 (one dollar)
Third: I have given from time to time to my son, Charles E. Critcher, approximately $25,000, which amount is far in excess of the amounts given to the other children during my life time, and the amounts provided for them in this, my last will and testament, and for that reason I am not making any provision for the said Charles E. Critcher in this my last will and testament.
Fourth: I give and bequeath the iron safe in my residence in which I keep my papers to C. B. Keller. The contents of the safe, of course, are not to be considered as the safe or a part thereof.
Fifth: I hereby nominate and appoint my daughters Berta C. Cole and Flora C. Newton as Executrixes of this my last will and testament, for the faithful performance of this trust without giving bond, and without receiving any commission for the execution of the said will.
In Testimony Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this the 10th day of February 1938.
