Mrs. Henry Tatnall Bush of Wilmington, Dal. annouces engagement of Mrs. Bush's daughter, Miss Anne Lancaster Dingee, to Llewellyn Pugh Haden, son of Dr. and Mrs. William Dandridge Haden of Charlottesville.
Miss Dingee, who is the daughter of the late Albert Hama Dingee 2nd of Philadelphia, attended Westover Scholl in Middlebury, Penn. and made her debut in 1935. She is a member of the Wilmington Junion League.
Mr. Haden attended Woodberry Forest School, near Orange, and Georgetown Preparatory Schools, and the Univeristy of Virginia

The marriage of Miss Anne Lancaster Dingee, daughter of Mrs. Henry Tatnall Buxh of Jacob's Well, Wilmington, Del., to Mr. Llewellyn Pugh Haden, son of Dr. and Mrs. William Dandridge Haden of Charlottesville, Va., will be celebrated Friday afternoon, May 3rd, at half after 4 o'clock at Jacob's Well, the home of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Tatnall Bush in the presence of the immediate families.
Miss Elizabeth Campbell Patterson of Wilmington and Miss Elizabeth Catherine Haden, the latter a sister of the bridegroom-elect will be maids of honr. Mr. W. Dandridge Jr. of Charlottesville, brother of the bridegroom-to-be will act as best man. ...A small reception will follow the ceremony.

Lewellyn P. Haden, 41, dies at Charlottesville
Charlottesville, July 3
Llewellyn P. Haden, Charlottesville businessman died Tuesday at his home on Edgewood Lane here. He was 41 years old. Haden was president of the Jefferson-Lafayette Theatres, Inc. and president of the Charlottesville Woolen Mills.
He was a director of the National Bank and Trust Co, City Mortgage & Insurance Co, Albemarle Motor Co, Albemarle Livestock Market, Skyline-Swannanoa, Inc. and the Jackson Park Hotel Corp.
He was chairman of the joint airport commission which has administrative control over the Charlottesville-Albemarle Airport. He served last year as chairman of the local chapter of the Foundation for Infantile Paralysis and was former vice president of the Charlottesville-Albemarle Chamber of Commerce.
A Native of Charlottesville, Haden attended local schools, Woodberry Forest, Georgetown Preparatory School in Washington and the University of Virginia. He was the son of the late Dr. William Dandridge Haden, former mayor of Charlottesville and Mrs. Sallie Pugh Haden of Charlottesville.
Besides his mother, he is survived by his wife, the former Anne Lancast Dingee of Wilmington, Del.; two sons, William Dandridge Haden II and Llewellyn Pugh Haden Jr.; a daughter, Anne Douglas; two sisters, Mrs. William Massie Smith of Charlottesville and Mrs. Joseph Langhorne Yon of Camp LeJeune, NC and a brother, Dr. W. Dan Haden Jr. of Charlottesville.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in Monticello Memorial Park.
