Mr. & Mrs. V. L. Gaston of Woodward, announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Miss Dana Laurice Gaston to Charles Sanford Lovett, son of Mr. & Mrs. Roy W. Lovett, 2961 Garland.
Miss Gaston is a graduate of Woodward High School and presently a senior, majoring in education at Oklahoma State University.
Lovett is a graduate of Muskogee Central High School and is also a senior at Oklahoma State University in the school of arts and sciences. He is a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon social fraternity.
The wedding will be an event of 8 pm August 19, in the First Baptist Church of Woodward.

Charles Sanford Lovett, 70, of Lakewood, passed away Aug. 2, 2010. Survived by wife Eleanore, children Kimberly and Lance, stepchildren Tom and Jim, grandchild Quincy, step-granchildren Steven and Sean, brother Roy Lovett of Mannford, Okla and a large and loving extended family and friends.
