Thomas left a will dated 24 Dec 1604, proved 11 Sep 1605. He mentioned many cousins as well as his brother Richard, Henry Smithes wife my daughters in lawe, and Barbery Clmsforde my daughter in law.
It should be noted that cousin often meant niece or nephew and "in law" often was a stepchild in this time period.
