This deed solves several problems. The unreadable name of one of Thomas Maxwell's daughter was Letitia and she married Jenkins. Dianna Haden married Newton. Thomas Maxwell, the younger, had received 350 acres in Robin Hood Forest from his father's will. I believe he must have died without children and that land was destributed among his siblings or their descendants.
