Guilford. November the first AD 1763
I have Received of the widow Hannah Ward of Killingwroth the estate of Ambrose Ward mine ___ to him (paper fold and unreadable, father and mothers estate. I say received by me. Jarius Handy.
I Levi Ward, Guardian to Ambrose Ward, Minor, Son of Peter Ward late of Killingworth Dec'd, Do hereby Acknowledge that I have recd of Jairus Handy late guardian to sd Minor, the whole of the sd Minors Estate and Interest that was in his hands and care and Desire he may be Discharged of his Guardian Bond.
I Say Recd by me this 30th day of June 1768. Signed: Levi Ward
