In the name of God Amen I William Sims senr of Culpeper County being sickand weak Do make and order this my Last will & Testament in manner and formas follows I bequeave my sole to God who gave it and my Body to be Decently Buried at the Discretion of my Extr here after mentioned. I give & bequeave to my Deare & loveing wife Ruth Sims all my Temporal Estate & after her Death one horse that I left at my Death to fall to my Daughter Susanner Roberts and one Table. William Sims Junr and Ruth Sims Exectrs to this my last will and Testament all my wearing cloaths I leave to my Gransun Isaac Smith Junr. July 17th 1777 Teste: Hugh Roberts, Winne (X) Shorter,
