It seems likely this is the wrong Lydia Phillips - wrong birth date, wrong place, etc. The database to my DNA match shows her born 15 Feb 1723 in Mansfield, Burlington, NJ. Certainly not the daughter of Samuel Phillips and Deborah Dix.
1752 Feb 13 - Jeffrey Beck bought land in Augusta County, Virginia on 13 Feb 1752. He bought 400 acres on Mill Creek adjoining Charles Dotson for 5 pounds current lawful money of Virginia from Jackson Allen.
