I believe Charles was listed with his stepfather Sim Biggs and mother Lucy in the 1900 census as Charlie M. Biggs, born Jan 1883. Sim Biggs did have a son named Charles P. Biggs born in 1877, but he had died in 1896.

Charles registered for the draft in Haskell Co, OK. He was then age 35 and gave his birth as 5 May 1883. He was a farmer. Mrs. Dee Sedwick listed as next of kin. He was tall, slender, brown eyes and hair. 12 Sep 1918.

I found a copy of Death Certificate in a FamilyTree on Ancestry. Charles William Sedwick died 16 Dec 1956 in the hospital in Muskogee, OK. His usual residence was 623 Jefferson, Muskogee, Muskogee Co, OK. He was born 5 May 1883 in Arkansas. His father was Frank Sedwick, his mother Lucy A. Ogg. Everett Sedwick of Tahlequah, OK was the informant. Charles died of cancer. He is buried Memorial Park, Muskogee.
